This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit capturedintelligence.com, use our Coach a Bot platform, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services"). We collect information in the following ways:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you apply to become a Founding Coach, register an account, contact us, or otherwise interact with our Services, you may provide us with personal information such as your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information, government-issued identification (where required for payment processing), and any other information you choose to submit.

1.2 Session and Sensor Data

As a Coach, you will capture motion and video data using our proprietary sensor kit. This includes RGB video footage, depth map data, inertial measurement unit (IMU) readings, hand keypoint coordinates, and associated metadata such as timestamps, session identifiers, and task labels. This data is collected solely for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models for robotics research and is governed by the separate Data Use Agreement you accept prior to your first session.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and device identifiers. We collect this information through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party partners, including payment processors, identity verification services, and analytics providers. We combine this information with data we collect directly to improve our Services and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process your application and onboard you as a Coach;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our Services;
  • To process payments and manage your earnings;
  • To train, validate, and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning models for robotics research;

  • Research Partners: Anonymized and de-identified session data may be licensed to robotics companies and research institutions for AI model training. This data is stripped of all personally identifiable information before transfer.

Session data used for AI training is retained in anonymized form indefinitely after the removal of all personally identifiable information. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time as described in Section 6.

These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training.
